MORE ARTICLES: Choosing and training a dog companion The saying goes that a dog most often takes after its owner and that the owner most often borrows many of their dog?s features. The result is that the owner ends up as looking like the dog and vice versa. Do you want to have the curly look of a Poodle or rather be as stylish as an Afgan hound or funky as an Affenpinscher? Before deciding upon your future dog-alike look, you have to take into account some of the positive and negative features in each breed. You might not want a Basset Hound, as cute as they are, the Bassets are very lazy and stubborn ?not qualifying to be good play mates.
